HOME BUYER INSPECTIONS:
You think you found the perfect house. Now you want to know if it’s safe, healthy and in good repair. Home Buyer inspections by INSPX are popular because there is no such thing as a perfect house. Even new construction homes can have problems. What’s important is to discover them before the sale closes so that they can be addressed. If a major defect is found, the solution can be as simple as asking the seller to correct the problem or to adjust the sales price so that you can have it fixed at a later date. Make sure you get a couple or three contractor estimates so you’re comfortable you know how much to budget for that repair.
RE-INSPECTIONS:
Our Home Re-Inspection is a revisit to determine if previously identified issues have been completed in a workmanlike manner.
if a seller has recently had a Pre-Listing Inspection by us and you want us to come back and make sure there are no new issues since that inspection was performed, INSPX will come back to reinspect at a reduced rate.
